Robert F. "Bob" Loidl, age 95, of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret M. Loidl; loving father of Steve (Bonnie) Loidl, Mike Loidl, Cathy (Jerry) Wozniak, Maggie (Doug) Rivett, Joe (Lisa) Bond, Virginia (Dean Pontius) Bond; loving step-father of Deborah (Sam) Cherillo and Dennis Czajkowski; loving grandfather and great grandfather to many; brother of Judy (Ron) Gratz; son of the late Ferdinand and Anna (Guber) Loidl. He also leaves behind extended family and friends.

Bob served in the US Navy during the Korean War before beginning his career for Iron City Brewing Company, where he ultimately retired from. He enjoyed the famous Nied's Fish Sandwich any chance he had. Golfing was one of his favorite ways to spend time, never letting anyone forget his "Hole-In-One" at the Ritzwood Golf Course.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, 10:00 am at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery Chapel. Everyone is to meet at the chapel.
