Tina Kathleena Capper of Logan, OH has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved her.

To raise a child is to give the world a future. Tina did this with care.

Tina Kathleena Capper, age 65, of Logan, Ohio, passed away suddenly on April 24, 2026, at her home in Logan, Ohio.

Tina was born October 24, 1960, in Pickaway County, Ohio to Phillip Certain and Georgianna Moore. Tina loved going fishing, going on vacation in Florida, sunbathing on the beach, walking her dog snow, monkeys, and animals.

Surviving are her children, Phillip Capper, Dennis Capper, Eldon J. Long, Eva Long, Shawnee Certain, Johnathan "Eagle" Certain-Benson, Michelle Capper, and Berkley Capper; 22 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings, Christy Callet, Angie Certain, Gracie Thompson, and Debbie Woods; uncle, Harold Waldon; dog, Snow; god father, Darrell Morgan; and god daughter, Sadie Morgan.

Tina was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeramiah Certain-Riffle; and brother, Phillip Certain.

Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home. Calling hours will be held from 2-4PM on Saturday May 9, 2026, at the funeral home prior to cremation.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
