Donna Ray Bailey Howard age 63 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born January 02, 1963 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late William Doc and Stella Mae Davis Bailey.
Survived by her companion, Terry Salyer, one son, Leslie Wayne and his wife Garlena Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Ella Mae Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, two granddaughter, Brooklynn Howard, Leslie Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, with a host of special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by three brothers, Buster Bailey, Hershall Junior Bailey, Jerry Wayne Bailey, four sisters, Ellen Newman, Helen Shepherd, Lizzie Miller, and Rose Mae Risner.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 09, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with David Minix officiating. Burial will follow in the Howard Family Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Friday, May 08, 2026 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
