On April 22, 2026 at age 102. Predeceased by her husband, Frank O. Clemens; siblings, Rosemary Weber and Matthew Kenney. She is survived by her children, Pat Sweetland, Andrew (Gail) Clemens, Matthew (Susanne) Clemens and Frederick Clemens; 7 grandchildren, Christina (Michael) Oak, Karen Sweetland, Lisa (Dave Rapple) Clemens, Tony Clemens, Andy Clemens, Christopher Clemens & Joseph Clemens; 3 great-grand-children, Savannah Clemens, Caitlyn Oak & Alexander Oak.
The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, May 9, 2026 starting at 1 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Rd S. Rochester, NY 14623). A celebration of Ruth's life will begin at 2 PM. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Episcopal Church Home, who took such great care of her for the past 6 years, would be appreciated.
